We are registered under Section 12 (A) and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Ministry of Corporate Affairs as an Implementing Agency of CSR Activities and Foreign Contributions Regulations Act (FCRA), 2010. RESQ Charitable Foundation (ID 83-0694608) is also a 501(C)3 Certified Charity in the United States.
